1Pick good ingredients
We start with good-quality grains, nuts and seeds.
Airavat Foods began with a simple belief: the snacks we grew up with — crunchy roasted chana, khari sing and roasted peanuts — deserve to be made slowly and honestly, without deep fryers or palm oil.
Airavat, the great white elephant, rose from the churning of the ocean alongside treasures meant to nourish the world, and became the mount of Indra, bringer of rain and plenty. Every pack we make carries a small version of the same promise: food that nourishes you, not just fills the gap between meals.
Today we roast, season and pack in small batches in Surat, and we're adding dry fruits and traditional sweets to the range.
